...you are treated so badly? If you are a taker, aggressive and rude, you get everything?

Just how I feel right now....

The world is still primitive in such matters and is not ready for people like u, gentle, kind, loving, giving etc. But as the world evolves more, there may be more value for such qualities.

Because when you're sweet and giving, people abuse you and most of the time, take you for granted cause they know that you're kind. So, they do abuse you. I feel that way too. And when you're a taker, aggressive and rude, yes, you get everything because people fear you or something. But it isn't nice at all.

When you're a sweet and kind person, people see you as a soft and vulnerable person. this means that they can bully you and walk over you like you're rubbish on the floor. Society is like that nowadays. Even kids are like that to their teachers. This is why primary school teachers have to be very strict. Being aggressive and acting strict is the only way to gain respect from others.

To be honest, it's because you set yourself up for it. You give and give and give to someone who doesn't want it, or you try to give and give and give for manipulative reasons. That may not be the case for everyone, but that is mostly what I see going on with the "sweet and giving" victims. Take this example: a girl tries to be so sweet buying gifts, and going way the hell out of her way to do things for a guy that he never even showed the least clue that he wanted her to do. Hoping that he will fall in love with her, and when it doesn't work, she goes all victim. Why do the givers get walked on??? sob sob sob. Thats an example of both: he didn't want it, and she was being manipulative. I hope that they did not apply to you, but in most cases, they do apply.

Nice guys finish last. It is a sad fact. I find that the best approach is to be sweet and giving only to those that deserve it and to those that don't, just keep telling yourself that "business is business".

I wish everyone could be nice to eachother, but sadly they aren't, so try to be selective with your nicety and sweetness. That said, never lose your appreciation for kindness and good manners!

Keep up the good work and well done for being a decent person!

its been the 64 million dollar question for yrs and yrs

when you are nice and try to help 'friends" and others out you get shafted

you seem to be a magnet for the losers of the world and they play upon our niceness

that is the answer they are users and know how to work ppl
all i can tell you is i know its rough to be used but just remember the one person you do help that is a true real friend makes all the shafts worth it
to hear "THANK YOU" or if you suddenly need help they are there for you IT MAKES IT WORTH IT

ps.... you are one step closer to heaven (depending on your beliefs) by helping others

Many people will view kindness as a weakness and take advantage. It is a shame. I once read "It is nice to be important but it is more important to be nice".

Thats human nature, if you want something from life you have to take it, no one will give it to you voluntarily!
