Depens on which belt you're talkin about. Between WWE and WCW he has been a 16 time world champion, now if you're talkin about the World Heavyweight Championship now being held by Batista, there's only been 7 people to hold that belt and Triple H held it more times than anyone.

If you're refering to the WWE Championship, then it's a tie between The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin with Triple H in third with 5 wins, if you're refering to the WCW Championship then Ric Flair wins that race with other contenders like Randy Savage, Hulk Hogan, Sting, Bret Hart and of Course The FIVE TIME, FIVE TIME, FIVE TIME WCW Championship, BOOOOOOOOOOOKKKKKKERRRRRRR TTTTTTTTTT!

it doesnt make sense what you did. you combined the wwe and wcw titles for the sum of flairs wins but if your going to do that then Hogan has to be in there. You can't sombine the titles for one wrestler and then seperate them for everyone else.
