You need a little knowledges of HTML,DHTML and JavaScript.
Don't worry they are so easy.
Then you should install a powerful html editor application such as Macromedia Dreamweaver or ForntPage.
Dreamweaver is the most commonly used html editor application.
If you use dreamweaver for the first time, you will be asked for site root creation , just create your folder and assign it.
Also you will be asked for images folder of your site, create folder and assign it.
Finally you will be entered into the software.
Click "File>Create new" from menu bar, then choose your page type from the list.
Go ahead.
>You can search for free templates or Toturails of html on yahoo and google.
>You should document relative path
>Just when your page creation had been finished check all of the links or hyperlink of your webpages again.
At the end purchase a host and domain and publish your website.

Do you know html code?
If not, you should stick to the WYSIWYG programs like frontpage, macromedia dreamweaver, MS Publisher,...
In this type of programs, you create the page visually and the program itself creates the code.
If you know html, you can still use these, anyway.

You can get a template through Yahoo and then use a text editor if you want to introduce your own HTML code. Why write the whole thing through HTML? It's a *****.
