proof had that when mirror is ta zero l then i=r but at same i if mirror rotated then angle of reflection for that changes but i=r and i =r1 thus r=must be r1 but its not

r is not equal r1 because your logical reasoning stream included a mirror rotation that altered the reference of measurement. Specifically, the i in i=r is not the same as the i in i=r1: the latter is the former plus the mirror rotation angle.

(By the way, Gen babyboomer appreciates it and does not read a period and a sentence-begining capitalization as a signal of an emotional distress as do Gen X and Y.)

The angles are equal relative to the mirror surface, which is moving.
