I've heard that Wikipedia is sometimes unreliable. Do you know any free online encyclopedia which is better than Wikipedia?

I think Wikipedia is be good enough for most reference...most of the articles are reliable and those that are in doubt are marked as such.
Statements without sources are marked "citation needed" and sometimes whole articles are marked as biased or possibly inaccurate, so you won't really have a problem deciding what information is reliable and what might not be.
I recommend that you stick with Wikipedia...it is constantly updated and corrected.

instead of using an encyclopedia, you might wanna use the search engine.

I think Wikipedia is the best but have looked at answerer above me and answers.com looks a good one too.
