I think he can if there is a grassroots effort that catches fire! Ron Paul has my support! I looked at his voting record and was amazed! Just go to YouTube and type Ron Paul in the search bar and listen to what this man says!

First of all, I like Ron's positions on a number of issues. I like his stance on federalism: the idea that members of Congress need to keep on thinking about whether or not the legislation that they WANT to pass is actually authorized by the Constitution.
Secondly, about 4 years ago I basically swore off voting ever again. The reason for that is that I am devastatingly disappointed in all judicial activism -- Bush v. Gore was the final straw. If the Supreme Court can prevent election officials from counting all of the ballots in order to determine who really won an election, I don't see any point in voting.
Thirdly, I expect Republican candidates to pay lip service to the principle of judicial restraint. They already do; indeed, I think that the letters GOP ought to stand for Grand Ol' Parrot. Republicans are mighty good at repeating the same boring things that other Republicans have said on the subject of judicial restraint. I need to hear more details than just the usual rhetoric. And I need to hear a candidate acknowledge that the Court's decision in Bush v. Gore was a travesty. If Ron Paul doesn't address that, then you can still count me out.

Yes I like him but he makes to much sense to be electable lol. As to MarD on the courts decision over Gore /Bush in 2000. You should go back and read more on it. It was Gore who got the courts involved in the first place. And the places he wanted recounted after they had been recounted already were heavily Democratic district's. He simply wanted them counted and recounted until he won it was a farce a joke. And why the heck weren't those Floridan libs able to punch the damn cards right in the first place? get over it we got the best man for the job at that time. Gore's hypocritical infatuation with his "Global Warming is going to destroy the earth because we over use electricity and drive suv's are unfounded he cannot back them up with real facts just his theory, shows me his elevator dosen't go all the way to the top floor. I say hypocritical is a fair word when he uses more electricity in his mansion in Tennessee in a month then the average American family does in a year. And flies around the U.S. and the world is gas guzzling private jets to tell of the damage we are doing to the earth. Do as I say not as I do? He is clearly a person who is one taco short of a combination plate. But I am way off the subject of the question. I will do more research on Ron Paul and give my support to him if I find him to be as sensible as I think he is.

Ron Paul is a true American who represents the concept of a limited government -- much as the founding fathers wanted.
Can he win? Not a chance. Vote for him? I will if he is on the Florida primary ballot.

The media the two disregarded him or purely confirmed factors that made him look undesirable. the huge money Republicans have been at the back of Romney and Paul became the final Republican to bow out. i think of his stance on isolationism made him look undesirable and out of touch with certainty and that harm him because of the fact ignoring what human beings are doing could be deadly in the event that they plan on attacking the US. maximum of his factors have been valid, yet as long as the two events painted him as reactionary he could not triumph over all those hindrances. i think of he might have made a much extra useful president than the two Obama and Romney.

I would think not, because the mainstream media will distort his views, and make him look unacceptable, and do what they do to try to form your opinion for you. Also, I'm sure the "powers that be" behind both the neocons and the communitarians would not allow it to happen.
But we can dream...And we can vote... Who knows...?
How about a Ron Paul / Tom Tancredo ticket? Or vice versa...?
