a) Phone the Board office and ask.
b) Generally they announce a syllabus change two yrs previously, as XI std studies are linked with XII. But better to ask.
c) Afterthought : In any case, you still have to study the same amount. Does it matter if the content is different?
d) Will a change make you happy? Or unhappy, since you don't have previous years papers to refer to? Either way, don't brood.

yes it is changing for 10 and 12
last it changed for 9 and 11
