Folic acid can be purchased from any pharmacy. It is reccommended that you should double your intake of folic acid when TTC and in early pregnancy (fromm 200 to 400). It helps prevent spina bifida and the possiblities of other defornities. Folic acid is what makes your body produce healthy new cells, etc, completely and quicker. I have noticed since I started taking it in a tablet form aswell as within my diet, that my fingernails grow quicker and stronger & small cuts heal faster etc. A folic acid supplement (table) conatins 200, and with your usual eating habits will take you to having consumed the RDA for TTC and early pregnancy.
Vitamin B12 is needed for cell division and blood formation. Can be found in milk, meat, fish, eggs, cheese and cereals. Consumming 1/2 pint of full or semi skimmed milk a day and a bowl of cereal is enough for getting the RDA.
Hope this helps.

Ebay have a variety and accept paypal, as for the Folic Acid and B12 problem I found that Folic acid should be taken with Vitamin-B12 to prevent the folic acid from masking a B12 deficiency.
So its just to make sure. B12 is what you get from meat, dairy products and eggs mainly, but also soya products should you be vegetarian.

Why don't you just buy them from a reputable pharmacy or health food store. You can pick folic acid up for as little as 99p for 100. I found pregnacare were great all round prenatal vitamin which contain everything you need for conception right through to breast feeding. There is no need to take folic acid separately with these as they already contain it. Pregnacare cost around £4.95 for a box of 30

How do you want to buy it online - you can buy it in all supermarkets and chemists... Go into Boots or another large chemist and ask for advice on what other vitamins to take and they'll give you great advice and you should be able to buy everything there.

Mi mejor tableta es la que he comprado hace unos días en amazon, cumple exactamente con la descripción, tiene un montón de aplicaciones y Wifi, es fácil de utilizar y no pesa mucho, la Tableta es aun mejor que en las fotos.
