It's a play on words and phrases. Back in the 80's there were commercials for Budweiser that said, "This Bud's for you". The first guy had the right idea, about it being a dedication to his fans and a thank you for all the people who supported him. More specifically it was a dedication to the marajuana that helped him, so as a celebration he plans to smoke a "Blunt". Yeah it is marajuana rolled up in a cigar shell or paper. What bums me out is that he did change and isn't as good as he used to be lyrically speaking.

It is a sarcastic contradiction Eminem defiantly put in his song. You can tell it is sarcastic by the context he used it in and the tone of voice he had. He was saying he isn't sorry for his past behavior, and he will continue it regardless of how many people don't like it. He was very defiant.
"blunt" refers to a cigar of marijuana
"blunt for you" is hard to describe. It's like saying "I dedicate this story to...." In essence, he's got the blunt ready, and he's dedicating it to whoever is listening to the song, most likely aimed more at other weed smokers.
