If the people were born blind, they have no visual imagery; the dreams consist of impressions from the other senses -- touch, hearing, smell, and taste. If the people were sighted and then became blind, their dreams contain visual imagery -- but these visual dreams might cease to occur eventually

A dream is a modification of records in the brain. If the man is blind from birth he will see no visual dreams but dream the feelings as are there in the brain recorded earlier.

Yes blind people do see dreams. For crying out loud, they are human beings and have just lost their sight. They may not be able to see but have dreams. They too want to make it big in society. Just because they have lost their sight does not make them any less of a human being. Instead God blesses them and makes them extra special. Be kind to the disabled.

If a person has been blind since birth, I doubt that they "see" dreams as a sighted person does, but certainly they experience dreams as any intelligent creature does.

Why not?

Blindness has nothing to do with dreams.

It (dream) is only the product of subconscious mind in action when the conscious mind is at rest or sleep.

Yes visually challenged people see dreams.See in the sense that it was not visually but rather it is mental experience . I have questioned about dreaming to some of the visually challenged people whom i know.According to them they experience dreams. One said that he have dreamed a dog barking at him and also he had faced an accident of him and a girl cyclist. It is true.
