I hate it too. I've tried to appreciate the varied musical styles in the song, but I just can't bring myself to it. It's stupid.

Its not that the song is retarded, with a "d", its just that the song is over played. It gained a new popularity, with the release of the movie"Wayne's World" in 1992. Even though the movie's popularity has long since faded , the songs new found fame goes on . I'm not a huge fan of the song myself, but i am a tremendous Queen fan. They were 4 very talented musicians , and "A Night at the Opera" , the album that "Bohemian Rhapsody" was released on , was one of the most cutting edge musical ventures of its time. If you have never listened to the entire CD before, give it a listen, all the way through in one sitting and you may find a whole new appreciation for the band, and maybe the song as well.

Depends what your understanding of it is I guess. A troubled person who turned to a son a mother cannot be proud of and he is apologetic about it. Quite realistic to me when I look at the people who make up the world that we live in. A song about a cry for help perhaps? It is however confusing I must admit, but what isn't nowadays? I've often wondered about it myself, but rather listen to that than rap and some other genre of music speaking about nothing but a*s and guns with nothing else to add on to it...At least "Bohemian Rhapsody" ends with a conclusion having to do with the apology to a mother opposed to finishing with only the sound of a gun shot or the repeatedness of the same words over and over.

It has strange lyrics and yes I'm a bit tired of the song. Hard to say this for me as a queen fan. There are much better songs done by Queen and Boh rap is overplayed, therefore it lost the glance.

Yes, I honestly think that you are the only person who thinks that this song should go. What's the matter?? Can't wrap your brain around it? Afraid to admit a secret crush on Freddie? Let me guess, you don't like Stairway, A Quick One, 2112, or the second side of Abbey Road either. This song is definitely one of the 10 top rock songs ever written, an acutal masterpiece.

Its probably the most creative song that the Queen has come up with with a mixture of ballad, opera, rock music all in one. It stand for what the band & Freddy Mercury's genius and to this day is a classic from one of the world's most popular bands. It is still one of my all time favorite rock classic!

you should be flogged in public, then taken out behind the barn and shot.
Geez, chill out, I'm joking.
No, it's a classic song, that has been way over played though, I'll give you that much. I love Queen.

Perhaps you mean, "retarded" for I have no idea what you mean by "restarted"
everyone hears a song differently, likes and dislikes are to be expected for any song..like food
calling a song retarded is just that, retarded..
