As far as I know, some women have problems in decision making. They are sometimes too dependent on men, especially those who have husbands. Women respect Men more than men respect them, perhaps it is influenced by the culture especially in Asia continent where women are taught to be "below" and "protected" by men. Men are the ideal leaders in many organizations and many societies, because people believe men are mentally and physically stronger than women and men are better leaders than women. This situation limits women's right in decision making and women are forced to follow men's orders and suggestions.
It's true that women are more emotional in making decisions, but for those who have already got children of their own, kids are everything. They will sacrifice their own feelings for their children.
