Obviously Kajol, Bcz you want to know 'Best Actor'
And, she is truly one bcz she has good acting skills and she has reached here through good movies and performance. Not Body, Friction, Style or Fathers Big Budget Movies nor has she learnt dance or acting abroad. And, she has some good movies where we can see her acting skills and not athletic, jumps, good clothes, style, dance....she has much more too offer than Hrithik does.
I hope i need not say why Hrithik is not the 'Best Actor" ...i have given my point
Best Actor for me.......'Aamir Khan'.... without or with choice.

What sort of a comparison can be made between them.. I mean, how much experience does Kajol have and how much does Hrithik have? He's still a baby in the industry dude.. And like u mentioned, the gender CANNOT be put aside when u compare!! So no comparison can be made!!
Kajol best among females stars who insist on ACTING with looks.. not those who JUST APPEAR on the screen!! Hrithik is good among dancing actors, looks, style, persona..

If you look at their respective body of work, Kajol seems to have done a greater variety - right from the spitfire Bekhudi to grey Gupt to the challenging Dushman to the cute Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gam to the phenomenal Fanah (and who can forget the irrespresible DDLJ). Her range is faboulous - she can emote joy, anger, love, helplessness, urgency and especially comic timing all with elegant ease. She is sheer firebrand - just like her excellent aunt Nutun.
Hrithik is perhaps the most talented actor of his generation (bar none - Abhishek still has to make up much ground). He is the best dancer, and seems to have a forte in emtional acting. All said and done, his Kaho Na Pyar Hain, with it's dual and diverse characterisations, is among his (and his generation's) finest. It is perhaps unlikely that anyone can match his charm in KKKG and Dhoom 2, or his ruggedness in Krish, or his innocence in KMG or his even his brilliantly underplayed emotions in Fiza. He is a gem. I dont think however he can adapt easily now to a role which is light and loud and give it dignity like an Aamir or Kajol in Fanah. Hrithik still has a bit of (just a bit) ground to cover and (not just because she is so gorgeous) my scales tip ever-so-slightly in favour of the trully incomparable Kajol.

Kajol is the best female actress and Hritikh is the best male actor. they have own style. At present Hritikh performance is best for other actors.

Both are the same best actor.!!!!!!!! Kajol is the nice girl she perfomed well she looks like good.Hritikh is very smart he performed well he is looked like foreign.Both are right in our place.
