Actually, the way you have it phrased, it translates as, "The person below me pleases ice cream a lot." Ice cream gives pleasure to a person, not the other way around.
"Debajo" means physically underneath. Are you sitting on top of this person's head? Do you maybe mean "behind"? That would be "detras".
If you're trying to say, "the person behind me likes ice cream a lot" ...
"A la persona detras de mi, le gusta mucho el helado."
There should be an accent over the "i" in "mi". The phrase "a la persona" indicates that the person is the object of the sentence.

debajo translates underneath - do you mean to say (with her)?
de mн le gusta mucho - of he likes a lot
el helado - the ice cream
The person with her likes the ice cream a lot.
La persona con ella quiere el helado mucho.
They like the ice cream a lot.
Ellos quieren el helado mucho.
