As long as I can remember I've had this pressure on my lower abdomen around the same time every month. It just started yesterday which was Cycle Day 14 for me. (My cycles are usually around 32-34 days) The pressure/pain usually only lasts about 24 hours... but sometimes it's painful. Like when I walk, everytime a foot hits the ground it gets more intense. I went to the gyno for a regular pap in November and everything was normal. What could this be? Ovulation maybe?

Yes, it could be due to ovulation but pls get back in touch with your gyn to be on the safe side.

i've also had the same pain, which can be mistaken as appendicitis. just to be on the safe side, i went for a scan, just to make sure they're no growths of any sort. you should go back to your gynae and do a scan.
