If you mean in petroleum, the most oil is in Saudi Arabia. Followeb by Malaysia,Thailand,Indonesia. But the most quality oil is from Malaysia.

Proven oil reserves, I believe its the Saudis followed by Russia. AS for actual oil, I think Canada, but its not in a very harvestable form. Most of it is in oil sand.
