Well this is just an opinion thing. Anyway in the Superbowl Era I say the Steelers. They weren't that great prior to the 70s I admit, but they are great now.

The Green Bay Packers are a professional American football team based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. They are currently members of the North Division of the National Football Conference (NFC) in the National Football League (NFL).
The Packers are the last remaining example of the "small town teams" that comprised a majority of the NFL during the 1920s. Green Bay is by far the smallest media market to be the home of a North American major professional sports league team (though their fanbase includes Milwaukee and most of Wisconsin).
Founded in 1919 by former high school football rivals Curly Lambeau and George Whitney Calhoun as a new version of the semi-pro town teams that had been playing in Green Bay since 1896, the Packers turned professional and joined the League in 1921.
Today, the team holds the record for most NFL league championships with 12: nine NFL Championships prior to the Super Bowl era; three additional titles in 1966,1967,1996, after which they defeated the American Football League/American Football Conference champion in Super Bowl I, Super Bowl II; and Super Bowl XXXI.[2] The team also holds the distinction of winning the first two AFL-NFL Championship Games that were held before the AFL-NFL Merger, later referred to as Super Bowl I and II.
The Packers are currently the only non-profit, community owned major league professional sports team in the United States. Currently, a total of 4,750,925 shares are owned by 111,967 stockholders — none of whom receive any dividend.[3]
Founding
The Green Bay Packers were founded on August 11, 1919 by Curly Lambeau and Green Bay Press-Gazette sports editor George Whitney Calhoun. Lambeau solicited funds for uniforms from his employer, the Indian Packing Company. He was given $500 for uniforms and equipment, on the condition that the team be named for its sponsor. Today "Green Bay Packers" is the oldest team name still in use in the NFL.
The Packers became a professional franchise in 1921. Financial troubles plagued the team and the franchise was lost the same year. The Packers found new backers the next year and regained the franchise. The financial backers, known as the "Hungry Five," formed the Green Bay Football Corporation.
Championships
The Packers have won 12 league championships, more than any other American professional football team. They have also won 3 Super Bowls. (One of these games decided the NFL champion, and the first two date to the era when the AFL and NFL were still two separate leagues.) The Packers are also the only team to win three straight NFL titles, which they did twice (1929-1931 and 1965-67).

The Cowboys
Too many players in the hall of fame to list
hold the league records for most consecutive winning seasons (20, from 1966 to 1985)........earned the most postseason appearances (28, which includes another league record of 54 postseason games, winning 32 of them)
they have won 19 Division titles
appeared in the NFC Championship Game 14 times
They have the most Super Bowl appearances (8) .... thats 2 more than any other team.........they were the first team in NFL history to win 3 Super Bowls in just 4 years (the only other team to do it is the Pats)
And they have won 5 Super Bowls (tied for the record with SF and Pittsburg)

Cleveland Browns
The Cleveland Browns are a professional American football team based in Cleveland, Ohio. They are currently members of the Northern Division of the American Football Conference (AFC) in the National Football League (NFL). The Browns began play in 1946 as a charter member of the All-America Football Conference and joined the NFL in 1950 after the AAFC folded. The team won all four AAFC titles and had one undefeated season (1948 - 15-0), as well as four NFL Championships.
Cleveland Browns fans are fiercely loyal. In fact, a 2006 study conducted by Bizjournal determined that Browns fans are the most loyal fans in the NFL. The study was largely based on fan loyalty during winning and losing seasons, attendance at games, and challenges confronting fans (such as inclement weather). [2] The study noted that Browns fans filled 99.8% of the seats at Cleveland Browns Stadium during the last seven seasons, despite a combined record of 36 wins and 76 loses over that span. [3]
The most prominent organization of Browns fans is Browns Backers. The organization has approximately 50,000 members and is considered the largest sports-fan organizations in the USA. [4] Browns Backers clubs can be found in every major city in the United States, and in a number of military bases throughout the world, with the largest club being in Phoenix, AZ. In addition, the organization has a sizeable foreign presence in places as far away as Egypt, Australia, Japan, and Sri Lanka.
Perhaps the most visible Browns fans are those that can be found in the Dawg Pound. The Dawg Pound is located at the east end zone of Cleveland Browns Stadium and features hundreds of fans clad in orange and brown and canine attire. The fans are known to be rowdy and loud and have impacted many games.
Drew Carey and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice are also known to be Cleveland Brown fans

here i go being biased again. i would have to say the dallas cowboys. people will argue with me and say the bears or packers. but most people werent alive in the 20 30 or 40 to remember how dominant those two teams were. since the cowboys came in the league in the early 70's they have won 5 league championships and played in the confrence championship more times than any other team in that span. they have more players in the hall of fame than any other team. they even hold the moniker americas team. only the steelers and 49ers have equaled the number of super bowl championships as the cowboys. the cowboys have played in the superbowl a record 8 times more than any other team.

Unfortunately, it pains me to say the Cowboys, because they've been to the most Super Bowls out of any franchise in the NFL.

Green Bay Packers. They're the oldest team and have to most championships. Plus they are publicly owned, all other teams have rich pigs for owners.
