you have to be careful when dealing with celebrity types, often even if you kick his ****, he has 5 bodyguards to help him.
i got into similar circumstances with billy crystal, i am a waiter at a prestigious hollywood resteurant. i joked about billys high pitched singing voice and he slapped me, so i spat in his soup, he got up to start and i headbutted him, next thing i knew i was in a back alley getting beaten by 5 big samoans
i would try to stay away from him, if he tracks you down, try a jedi mind trick, id imagine he would be easy to confuse, or maybe tell him hes going bald, then as he thinks about that, run away

I made fun of him once in a gym. He talks big, but then he backs down when the cops show up. Actuallyl he said it was all a misunderstanding... He misunderstood that I had a cellphone and wasn't afraid to use it.
OK, I made it all up, I need 10 points!

Forget suing him if he tries to hit, will take years even if you have a valid case.
Be sure your flatmate has a camera phone and if he does hit you or tries to, take pictures and sell them and your story for big bucks to the tabloids.

Run...no seriously. Go to work and if he shows up and try to hit you or threatens you, make sure there are witnesses to the threats and make a call to the police. Make sure there are people there to back up your claim. Good luck.
