I've checked sparknotes and they only have swanns way, and i need "Cities of the plain". can anyone give my a summary or a place to get it? thanks

As far as I know, you can find the synopsis of each volume after the text, the paperback set being six-volume one published by the Modern Library in New York, presumably by Random House or Alfred A. Knopf, please search and verify via the google.com web site. I think the synopsis over there is precise, marvelous and informative, therefore, I think you can make an excellent summary for any part.
However, the title you mentioned was changed to "In Search of Lost Time", there is also a reading group guide available online at the web site below.
