no it not safe to have sex with aged untill they hava family planing operation.

All always have sex with people aged than their.
Sex is never in people of SAME AGE. My wife is junion to me. I am aged to her. In many cases, wife is aged than husband. Sex has no concern with age.
One of the parties will always be aged to other.

you need to explain abit.. your question doesnt make sense. its illegal to have sex with anyone under 16 if thats what you mean. find someone your own age.
