Can we surf the internet if we are having INTRANET.

They disabled it because they want you to work not surf. You can't bypass it if they set it up well... and if they didn't you will probably find that surfing is something you will get a warning or dismissed for.
So, give your employers what they are paying for (your attention to the job). That or quit.

There's always a way, you just have to get creative. Get a flash drive and do a search for flash drive applications or portable apps.

you can surf the net although your network admin disabled it, by using a proxy server. try kproxy.com, hidemyass.com,freakproxy.com and also surfonym.com
