No, India offers better prospectus. The colleges are good and u can get a good job within India, after studies. If u study in canada u may not fit back in India, and may not be able to make a career here.

Assuming that you are currently in India, it is better to complete the Graduation in India and then pursue Post Graduate studies in Canada

It is right to go to Canada for study but before you undertake such an important task make sure of the policies, norms and conditions of admission etc. It is a must to verify also the duration of the graduation and the validity of certificates in other nations etc.
Make sure you have good accommodation with facilities for study.

India having number of good institution. Now people are coming in India for study and you want to go abroad. Don`t waste money and time.
