NASA is a great source of this question. In space, humans actually get taller because gravity is not compressing the spinal column. Also, without resistance to work, its easy to lose muscle tone and conditioning.

Due to lack of gravity the body floats in air as gravity attracks a body towards itself helping the body to stay on the surface of the earth.

it baisically gives u the ability to jump around a lot.....having very little gravity means the planet or object will have little atmoshpere....this also means there will be very low pressure....
due to this...our body will explode since the fluids will exert a high pressure on our skin and there will be no outside pressure to counter that....

makes it harder to digest things as gravity keeps it flowing properly, however if anti-gravity occurs, then we will have to evlove an opposite diggestive system (basically you end up pooing out your mouth) however dont panick anti-gravity is very rare and has only been recorded twice.
