No, absolutely not. The ovaries will continue to function, but the actual menstrual period is the sloughing off of the unfertilized lining of the uterus. No uterus, no period.

If the ovaries are intact and functioning, she will produce an ovum (egg cell) each month. But this will not result in menstrual flow as the uterus is absent. Menstrual flow is basically the sloughed-off lining of the uterine walls.
