A magistrate wants to allow an ex-husband to have access to two very young children when he has already been charged with kidnapping them (they were rescued back from him) and has spent time in jail for attempted murder of his ex-wife. He has now been granted access to the children's school by the magistrate.

File an appeal. This happens because of very dumb Liberal judges. Threaten endangerment suite against the governing body of the court system because if anything happened to the kids they could be liable.

I know-it just doesn't seem right, but it is. What the judge is trying to do is to try very hard to give the children both a mother and a father. It sounds like a very emotional case-the judge made visitation at the children's school, that will hurt the mother less and the children won't be going off school grounds with dad for any reason.
