There are many programs on the Internet which look harmless but contain malware, spyware, or even viruses. This is the case with most animated screensavers, smilies, themes etc. which are offered for free. Just don't use them. It may be that this particular site you mentioned is allright, but there is no way to know it. If you are tired of those blue bars, take the time and create your own color scheme, it is much safer. Beside this, you should always have an update anti-virus running, and regularly scan your PC with Adaware.

Don't do it! Trust me, I just got my computer back from the shop. Never trust anything that says "FREE" You can't get anything for free.
