Okay here lately Hollywood has been on a big kick about remaking films from days of old and even films not that old, what Holllywood film would you remake and who would you cast as the starring role? I personnaly think that the movie Aresnic and old lace should be re-done, so people who don't watch black and white films would get a chance to see a great dark comedy. and as for the starring role i would have to go with eric banna to replace the role played by cary grant, this was grant's first comedy role and he surprisingly did a great job, no one thought he would have been able to pull it off.

"Arsenic & Old Lace" is a great movie, but I just can't see the rest of the cast for your remake.
Other possiblities:
"Time Of Their Lives" (Abbot & Costello replaced by Jack Black & Will Ferrel, Jim Carrey, or Steve Martin).
"Harvey" with Jack Nicholson or Bruce Willis taking on the Jimmy Stewart role.
"Bringing Up Baby" withAnne Hathaway, Alicia Silverstone, or (shudder) Paris Hilton in the Hepburn role.
"Foul Play" with Cameron Diaz....

Since special effects have been so improved, how abt remaking "The 10 Commandments " with Val Kilmer as Moses (which he was in the animated Prince of Egypt. And Billy Zane as the Pharoah
