I'm going to be there for four nights. I have about $700 to spend. Is that enought to enjoy an night life, gamble, and eat nicely? Should I bring more money?

That's plenty of money..assuming you're not a huge gambler. i went there for 3 nights with my girlfriend..and I think we spent less than that..well about that if you include the "O" tickets we bought..but we bought premium 3 rd row seats for $200 a piece. We gambled about $350..but evened out..and probably spent an average of $100 a day on food. Easily could've spent more or less depending on how ritzy or cheap we wanted to be. you can have fun in vegas for $20 a day..and you can spend easily thousands in a day..it really depends what you want to do.
Anyway some good clubs to check out..if your single and in your 20s..or wish you were...Pure, Tryst, and Body English is your best bet....a little older..maybe try Tao or Tangerine. I hear light is still good, but a little older of a crowd, being in Bellagio.
Vegas really fits most people's budget..there are plenty of mcdonalds, and again plenty of restaurants that easily cost $100+ per person..same thing with shows..there are $15 shows for ppl..and like I saw...$200 shows...or if you went to a UFC even $700-1000 shows...I think you can easily work with $700 just for yourself for four nights..just plan it out right..maybe go cheap the first night or two..and then go big the last two nights with whatever you have left over. If you only got $700 though I highly recommend against gambling more than $200-300 bucks..unless you make money...because you probably want at least $100 a day to yourself for food/entertainment/emergencies... always save at least $20 to get yourself to the airport on the last day..

Just came back from vegas this weekend, already planning another trip in August. Have Fun! BTW check out opentable.com, and cheapovegas.com for good pricing ranges on entertainment and food.

Depends on the age range you want to hang with. For the younger crowd go to The Palms, Rio or Hard Rock.

This site has up to date info & lists of all the nightclubs, buffets, shows, restaurants, etc.

You can eat great in LV for very little if you do a little planning>Graveyard specials for breakfast>nice buffet for lunch>moderately priced restaurant for dinner.

Gamble wisely>play low minimum tables & games with a low house advantage. The LVA site above has a list of all the good video poker in LV..

You might take $1,000 along and keep the extra $300 in travels checks, for an emergency fund...
