I don't know dude. I think your wife is saying you aren't her type and if you became a woman she'd magically become straight again and you still wouldn't be her type. Perhaps your wife is thinking she's a lesbian b/c she just had a traumatic experience like sleeping with her own grandfather. Thats gotta be fairly traumatic on her and you should probably be more supportive. After all, she now thinks she had an affair and incest all in one day.
But is her grandfather attracted more to men or women? Cause it would suck if you got a sex change to become female and then her grandfather was interested in you anymore.
I'd spend some time carefully deciding on this one.

No, because no doctor would do the sex change based upon your simply wanting to keep your wife. Gender switching doesn't work that way. You might want to do a wee bit of research on a subject before you make yourself look like a total idiot on the subject next time.

Yo Beavis stop being a butthead she is telling you this because she is no longer attracted to you in a intimate way she has stronger feelings of being with other women. Get a divorce and carry on with your life find a women who likes you for you period
changing your gender will not change who you are and that is the person she is telling that she doesn't want anymore. Wake up grab a brain and LET HER GO!

You"re crazy!!! What happened in the first place when you got to know your wife? Didn't you know her kind of person she is and all that jazz?
If you seriously considering a sex change, by the time your wife sees you, she may not want you anymore so why bother about the change???Think about that.

Believe it or not - I know people who lived through this whole thing. Just think - what if she decides she was wrong? Clearly you love this woman and are devestated at the thought of losing her and would apparently do anything to be with her. Why don't you just hang in there - maybe she will turn out to be bi-sexual, maybe it is a phase, maybe she just has some fantasies she wants to live out.
