NOT a question about prostitues..........A guy is parking with his girlfriend; they hear noises outside the car; she gets scared and they leave as something tries to get in her door. When they get to her house, they find a hook like an artifical hand in her door handle.

I think you are refering to the jail inmate who escapes and the girl is in the car with the scratching noises and she gets scared and drives off and finds the hook stuck to the driver door latch. Yes it is everywhere. And also in the movie urban legends.

Yes, we have hookers all over the place, there are hookers in every country and every continent.

Hookers really DO exist!
