Not very hard. It's actually way easier than tossing an entire pizza. I'm surprised you didn't know that.

im pretty sure that they toss the whole circle of dough into the air.. cook it, slice it and serve it as a slice.

They don't toss each individual piece. It's more like they juggle the slices.

they toss the ENTIRE pizza, cook it, THEN CUT IT and sell it by the slice!!!!!!
