America's reputation around the world right now is very bad... It waged war in Iraq because of the alleged weapons of mass destruction. They found nothing in Iraq and America destroyed that country as well. I have nothing against Americans, the only mistake that America made is that it is very arrogant in treating poor countries. Thinking that they can control anything on Earth. Now the power that it once have little by little slips away as many countries like China's economy and military power emerges. It's not too late for America, it should change its foreign policy now. Bush must resign.

That's what Presidents and Prime Ministers do. They go and talk to foreign countries. I guarantee she has visited other country's leaders around the world before.
***I think it is pretty closed minded of most people who answered like a bunch of arrogant snobs here. NZ is a great country and has done nothing wrong. So I don't see any reason why people need to act all high and mighty.

you ask why not any other country other than America well think of this-->will you give preference to the food which is cold over the food which is HOT and just prepared for you.
if your favorite star comes to your house at the same time when your best friend comes to whom do you give priority first at that instance? even your friend will forget that he\she has come to see you and start bragging about themselves in front of the celebrity who has come to your house.
America is today the no.1 country & no matter what one says against America you certainly cannot ignore this superpower status it has.
with respect to your country don't you think it makes sense for your prime minister to visit the US when your closest neighbor is a committed ally of the US.( i am talking about Australia).
besides they(US) have a more powerful and developed economy than the rest of the world and their dominant military power is a subject of discussion everywhere.it definitely makes sense to have strong friend like US.
even the people of the every country tries to imitate American way of life(some kids in china shown wearing American basket ball jerseys). your tv program mes are sometimes based on the American tv show formats.
so it is but natural to seek the support and friendship of a stronger one and then having got a powerful ally on your side go and attract others to your side. this is the first lesson in politics.
if this doesn't makes sense then nothing will.-thank you.

Because the US imports about 5 times what we export, and after Clintons free trade agreements, countries can trade with the US without paying a tarrif. Along with this is how the US carries itself, or at least the Bush administration, they dont listen to anyone, but have their own goals and ambitions.

Here's an eye opener for you! What he must say is that America no longer has world respect nor power and the ALL world leaders have a gripe with the policies and the USA and they ( the united states) are in grave danger of all other nations coming to together to annihilate the USA and banish this parasite and virus before it's destroy and demand the idiotic democracy on others.
This is a must meeting for the USA is in grave danger & all leaders knows this and G.Bush don't understand where he is leading America or he do and this is his plan to annilate the usa!
and you asked why not any other President there is no man alive in world wide shame and fault like the man in charge of such troubled Continent as GW Bush my friend!
America could vanish and no one would notice its missing! wOW YOU think everthing revolve around america no this is not true nor never has been and it was in the minds of the american that this was true every place places there before another! and this is natural and shall remain this way!

they are asking for some of the cash they loaned us. The world is getting edgy about 10 trillion in debt and a few billion in deficit this year and some of the little guys are trying to cash in early.
