At least half of it, since everyone knows the Indian government is wholly corrupt, and one assumes that and least half of the budget goes into pockets.

it should be in favour of common people.income tax rate should be decreased.the unemployed people should get job .acertain amount shold be kept for the poors to get rid of unemployment and poverty
