I'm a high school student on an army base in Japan -- it's just like any other American schools out there. Same standards, same policy and cirriculum, I think. It's just that it's in Japan, on an army base. But I'm in a dire need to get into a Canadian college after graduation. I heard the grading systems are a little different, but it seems like there are a lot of things that I need to know about it before I apply. Can anyone enlight me on Canadian universities/colleges? Specifically University of British Columbia, if anyone knows about it. =) thanx.

You will find much of the Canadian university system very much like that in the United States. Here is a website for the whole system with links to each institution: www.aucc.ca
Good luck
