Go to http://forums.techguy.org/security/110854-security-help-tools.html and start at the top of the list. If its still not gone, check the hijackthis program, (its a tool that checks your pc for everything both good and bad. so dont just delete what Hijackthis finds).. Follow the instructions and post for free help in the forums...
Highly recomended free website for free help... I have personally used all the programs in the list. If you still have problems sign up for a free account and ask for help, someone will help you, ( it useually takes a day for a responce, depending on who's online..)..

You can download a free anti virus/trojan version and remove them
