i have a spot in side my case at the front for a fan but with the front on the case there is no holes how does the fan suck in air should i use it or not

there should be some vents on the front face for air flow. they might be at the bottom or such. if you have a fan, i would go ahead an put it in. you can never have too much cooling

Unless you updated your pc, you probably dont need it,

If you did upgrade your pc, it may be better to leave off the front of your case so you can use that other fan, The air should blow in the front and out the power supply. If you think you have a overheating issue,

Under the word download there is SpeedFan 4.32. click it and install it. Its a nifty little program that shows you your temps and fan speeds.

the answer is both. many times case followers draw air in from the front or sides of the equipment and blow it out the decrease back or genuine. So if the fan is a the front fan or area it blows into the case. even if it really is fastened interior the rear or genuine of the case it blows the air out.
