That may depend on the fabric. I wouldn't put bleach on, say, suede or silk.
For stain removal, you can try Shout, or Zout, or the Clorox bleach pen, or pouring on some Clorox 2 (bleach alternative, and it does well on my whites). If you're talking blood stains, the best thing to get them out immediately is cold water. Remember, once you put stained clothing in the drier, that stain is there for LIFE. So after it's done washing, check it before drying it.
The only stain preventative I've come across is Scotch Guard, but it's not permanent nor is it good for the environment. Also, I've never used it on white fabric, so I don't really know what it would do to white pants. I've certainly never used it on clothing that was going to touch my rear end and other nearby parts, so I can't tell you if you'd have a reaction to the chemical. Please read the instructions and warning label.

Just wear the white pants. I've learned to wear white & whatever happens stain wise I don't sweat it. Last summer I went to my sons outdoor motocross race. I had attended a baby shower prior to the race. I wore a pair of tight white linen flare leg dress pants & a pastel top. The pants are really long & they still dragged on the floor even with the platform wedges I was wearing. The mx track was pretty dusty when I arrived but after an hour it started to rain. The track rapidly turned into a muddy mess. My white pants were all splattered in mud from splashing in the puddles. Mud was getting kicked up on me as the dirt bikes rode past me. The bleachers were muddy from people walking all over them so the back if my pants were all muddy from sitting. By then there was no reason to worry bout my pants. Once I got home I rinsed the pants & asked them overnight in oxy, then washed them with some mild bleach. What a surprise when they came clean!

I dont know if there are products that can prevent stains. But, if your pants have stain, you can use the bleach but be sure that the bleach you are using is all purpose bleach which means can use in plain color and also color clothes. You can ask from the sales- clerk which bleach is that. And there are different types of stains and some stains are very easy to remove by using vinegar or lemon. But ,for your case, im not sure if minor or major stain problem.better use the bleach.I hope it will work.

I really do agree, don't wear them.
Ok so you wasn't expecting to hear that, but if you do happen to get a stain get some type of stain remover like shout or tide, and follow the instructions on the label

Keep them in the closet ;)
There is no keeping them clean - but you could try a teflon rinse.
