Try http://www.terapad.com .... Its realy easy to use and has loads of free features such as CMS, forums, shop, analytics, blog, photo gallery. You might get some inspiration by looking at what other people are doing with their free sites : http://www.terapad.com/net . Good luck !

If you intend to create a few websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website), go for multiple web hosting where you could handle your websites in one account.

I would suggest following webhosting , they are quite good.

Hostmonster http://www.anurl.com/?PQMRY

They offer hosting of "unlimited domains" and you will get massive webspace of 200000 MB (200 GB ). They only charge $5.95/month and they offer "a free Domain Name" and installing service called "Fantastico". By using Fantastico, you could create own forum, photo gallery, shopping cart (e-commerce),your own auction site and your own blogs within few seconds. They also offer "Free Website Builder" as well.
Visit the site to check details.

Domains
Following site is quite good to register domains as price is reasonable with free privacy. Some charge about $5/ year just for free privacy.

I have found that the easiest way to create your very own website is through Webstarts. There is a drag and drop tool that makes Webstarts extremely easy to use. Plus with a free membership you can build up to 5 free websites.
Here Is the Link

I hosted my website on clustered failover server at 111hosting.com, it's very reliable and they have good support, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, I was told they have some guys working different areas like America, UK, Asia, that's why they can provide this service.

Recommend it:http://www.111hosting.com

You need a webhost to have a reliable web page.

http://www.getawebpage.net

That site lists the best (and perhaps least expensive) web hosting companies .
