I recently had to replaced my k member and had to take the whole front suspension off and put it back on again to do it. I got the front end alligned after everything was in place. It didn't seem they had done a good job b/c when I drove it home from the shop it had a little bit of pull to the left. It has gradually got worse over time and the left tire is starting to wear uneven. What could cause it to come out of allignment like that? What can I do to fix it and make sure it dosn't happen again?

Sounds like it wasn't aligned well to start with,But with alot of new parts it's not uncommon, after wear in/break in,for it to be aligned again.Did you tell'em it pulled left?

Allignment is pretty complicated I don't think it is a do it yourself job. You probably should have taken it back right away. They may have messed up. Now they will probably claim that you must have hit a pothole or a curb (and it may be that you did , and they certainly have reason to be suspicious.) Ask them about the warranty on their work and if they don't try to please you, go elsewhere. Some place reputable and let them know if there seems to be a problem.

Age and mileage. Hitting pot holes large or small. hard braking has been known over time to cause some problems. but mostly age and mileage. Oh and wrecking and accidents usually don't help...

Take it to a COMPETENT front end specialist this time and ask them to check the whole front end.
