How do I get a new Identity?

I mean the works, new birth certificate, Id card, social security card. Just a new life, a new beggining, another shot at life?

Move to Mexico and steal some poor mexicans identity. If you need to change your identity, I think you have some serious problems. You can not run from your problems, it is best to face them head on. What you are talking about is illegal.

fake kill yourself off with a long trial of dead bodies being disguised as you and dna fraud and all that. Then move to Australia
