She would find a turkey sandwich, and shortly thereafter she would find my baseball bat embedded two to three inches into her forehead. I don't like to be bothered when I'm eating.

Female serial killers, in general, tend to go for less gruesome methods of killing, for example by poisoning their victims.
There are few cases of female serial killers carrying out what is known as "overkill" on their victims, and on the whole, cutting up a victim tends to generally be due to the fact that it is a much more convenient way of disposing of a victim's body.
Firstly, a female serial killer would not 'break' into my house. Statistically speaking, If they did, it would most likely be a male serial killer.
Secondly, cutting my stomach open would be very difficult through the various clothes I'm wearing and the position that I'm sitting it.
Thirdly, I would fight back.
If said series of events did in fact occur, she would find 3 cookies.

Most serial killers are He's. Ok fine it's a he-she. That person would fine my Breakfast ( Pancakes). Lunch ( Tuna salad). Dinner (Home made pasta meal) and my midnight snack. ( Kit kat bar).
