Yes, you should return so that everyone can be accounted for, then you may be needed to help with at least some of the clean up, its the ethical and moral thing to do. You should wait until officially dismissed. If you take off, people will think or know that you just don't care and they don't need people in the work place with that kind of thinking.

Usually not, until the cause of the fire is determined.
If you have more than 10 employees your workplace should have a designated assembly point where you go and stay until everyone is accounted for. If the fire department gives the OK to return to work, you can go back in.

Not sure what you mean. If you mean a building fire... depends. If it was a very small one, like the toaster was on fire, it's probably alright. If the fire affected mulitple walls and any area where the support of the building is concerned, then it's probably not a very good idea. The firemen would be able to advice best on this question. If they let you back in the building, it's probably alright.

You fired someone or you got fired?
If you got fired and want to hang out with your co-workers, you should resist the temptation and move on. If you want to socialize with those people do it somewhere else.
It may not even be appropraite to be there if you don't work there.
I can only imagine that you worked in a bar or a resturaunt or someplace like that.
If you hang out where you worked as a custumer, people will look down on you and think that you have no sense of pride or shame.
Move on with your life.
