My first job out of college was at asmall mfg co for 20,000
My job at the bank pays 80,000

I have a bacholors degree in business and finance, and I work for a collections agency as a collections rep. This is not my dream job by any means, but the money is not bad, 40k my first year.

Mine was $35,000 as a paralegal, I now make $41,000
My husbands was $35,000 as a radiology tech. His is now $44,000 (not counting on call pay and he is now MRI/CT licensed)
Both of us have associate degrees only.
