need to get rid of Big Z for a functioning big man and need to switch out hughes for a legit #2 guy to run with LeBron hopefully with a 3 point shot
hopefully Gibson can develop to be their point of the future or get a playmaker

A scoring pg, defensive perimeter player that can score a bit and at least one consistent bench scorer.

i think they need someone who can share the load with james. a solid pg who shares the ball, then a defender ( bowen type of player), and a rebounder.

they need a good PG, and they need someone who can hit threes. getting a better defensive big man instead of ilgauskas wouldn't hurt either
