i have to submit a leaflet i tried alot but i dont think my ideas r working..............it has to be done before saturday......the topics.....can be (shelves r needed in school), (good food shud be provide in canteens...) or anyother topic...............plz provide me with any ideas tht would be helpful in making a good leaflet with a nice topic...........thank u

How about "There will be a bombing campaign in your area shortly; if you get out now you will be spared."
It may seem funny, but governments actually air drop these kinds of leaflets before bombing a particular area to warn the civilians and give them a chance to leave. I bet no one else would doing one on this.
