My daughter is 7 mos and she is a small eater. She drinks about 20 oz of Breast Milk and eats only about 2 ounces of solids per day. But she seems full and content, and gaining weight. How much is your daughter actually drinkng and eatng per day??

What's going to tell you if she's getting enough calories is her weight gain. When she has her check-ups, they weigh her and tell you where she falls on the Percentile chart. As long as she stays within range of the same percentile consistently, then she's getting enough to eat.
That said, here are some things you can try:
*applesauce
*steamed carrots, pureed
*infant cereal mixed with diluted apple juice or breastmilk/formula
*peel a whole apple and let her gnaw on it (good for teething)
*a whole slice of toast, also for gnawing, please supervise her carefully with this
*teething biscuits
*mashed potatoes (you'll have to make it with formula instead of real milk and butter)
*steamed butternut squash, pureed (it tastes slightly sweet)
*plain Cheerios, if you think she won't choke on them
Your daughter may not have as much of a sweet tooth as you thought. Try going with veggies for a while.

A baby will do food when they're ready. If the babes only 7 months it's still early, just relax and keep trying, keep it simple, stick with one thing till the baby gets used to it.

in my opinion you should keep changing the flavours of the food. Add some vanilla to mashed banana's or may be choclate for a change. You can do this with other fruits or Milk for that reason, also.

The most important thing I learned raising my three kids is to NOT make a big deal out of "meal time" until a child has adjusted to eating solids... I mean, adjusted to the experience, not the foods.
The bigger deal you make of setting up the high chair and getting the bib out, the bigger deal it's going to be for her, and they HATE that. At her age, she can handle gnawing on a teething biscuit... get her used to that and then dip it in something tasty before giving it to her... Make eating a game.. make it fun... work up to sharing bits of your soft foods with her... That way she's not under pressure.. she's sharing what's yours.
Once she settles in to eating a variety of things, then haul out the high chair and get her settled in to a "meals" routine. Until then? Low key is best..

IT TAKES A BABY A LONG TIME TO GET USE TO TAKING BABY FOOD ESPECIALLY IF YOUR WIFE IS BREASTFEEDING. BUT ALWAYS START A BABY WITH VEGETABLE'S . AND TRY GIVING SMALL AMOUNTS AT A TIME,AND TRY HAVING FUN WITH HER WHILE U FEEDING HER. AND ONCE U START THAT VEGETABLE WAIT TILL 3 TO 4 DAYS BEFORE U START HER ON ANYTHING ELSE.
