Steps to develop sense of humour:
1> Learn to crack jokes over yourself.
2> Visualise the whole world as a comic character. Try and notice the usually unusual behaviour of the people. Like how their mouths open wider then their eyes out of surprise, like how a person wobbles around when he is trying to cross a busy street, how a guy suddenly changes his gestures when the girl of his choice passes by.
3> Never recite jokes. A one time laugh is usually forgotten. Humour should be something that makes one giggle even when he/she remambers the incident. Speak about funny incidents.
Rules for a perfect humour:
1> Never hurt anyones feelings,
2> Never devalue anyones image,
3> Never speak ill about anyones relations,
4> laugh to the fullest when someone cracks a joke at you
Hope that would help.
Good Luck...
:-)

Sorry darling, but you either have it or not. That is not to say there is something wrong with you. Society is made up of people with differences. Just because you don't make people laugh does not mean you are doing something wrong. There is someone out there who will appreciate your attitude to life and living. The other thing is don't try too hard either. If you observe how people you think are funny act in company and if you spend enough time with those 'funny' people, you will pick up on how to do the same. Observe and learn and don't force it.

humour comes out of replying for an expected question in an unexpected way!
but be discriminative while doing it keeping in mind you should not hurt the feeling of others and also should not pose yourself as a laughing stock!
believe me it is not a gift but an art to be nurtured. work it out with your heart and not with your mind.
in case if i have replied you by answering:
first one has to develop "sense" then humour will follow! then you should laugh............ pls

look at the people around you who have a good sense of humor. what makes them funny? try to imitate that style (without copying them). the second part of having a sense of humor is laughing at others jokes, so don't forget to make other people feel funny. I love people who laugh at my jokes :) find a couple really good jokes and try them out (but none that make people feel stupid :)

No no longer generally because of the fact regrettably there are lots of people who essentially have self assurance that joking is undesirable and that it rather is "against the regulations". even nevertheless, if confronted approximately this, a good volume of them will become indignant because of the fact they are frightened of what they don't be responsive to and for this reason are no longer prepared to attitude the undeniable fact that they could properly be incorrect with an open thoughts because of the fact deep interior they suspect that they are consistently stunning.

Read some jokes. Look at the silly side of things. Use some imagination. And most of all, laugh at yourself when you make mistakes.

I think its just something you are born with...if you try too hard i think it will do the opposite. And remember its principles over personality, thats what truly matters.
