Since Rahul Dravid is doing a fair job as Captain, I do not think there is no need to think of change of Captain. If the captain would have been changed, it would have been totally unfair and injustice to Dravid and his morale would have been down. Further it would have adversely affected the unity in the team and the team spirit, which Indian Team presently have.

My Answer Will Be Yes : If Ganguly Was Playing Throughtlly.

He has the following abilites that makes him the best among all indian captians,

That are

->A great Leading Power
-> He has Experience Captaincy In WorldCup
-> Aggression [ A must have ability in all the captains: while dravid doesn't has powerful aggerssion ]
-> Total Control To Team
-> Faith In His Players
-> Killer Instincts
-> Josh And Power To Destroy the Opposition

But As We All Know
He loses his captaincy during his bad form and chapple controvercy........

So Dravid Got The Captaincy : So Now There Is No Chance for "Dada" To Be Made A captain Of India After His Blastin Performence Against : west indies and Shrilanka.

So we do have little wish in our ming that Dada should be captain in world cup again
But now nothing can be done.

Yes, he should be the captain of Indian cricket team. We all know what kind of captain he is and he is the most successful captain of India for all time. There is no doubt about this and he is one of the most successful batsmen in world cup for India. He is a leader by birth and his aggression is no doubt a plus point of his captaincy. We all like his aggression and a captain should have aggression like that. Now he is in good form and batting with full of confidence. He can handle the team very well and boys are also like to give their 100 percent under his captaincy.

Ganguly is a better captain than Dravid. But, for now let Ganguly play his game like this. In India we turn good players to bad playing dirty politics and giving undue support when they don't deserve it. Sometimes we give over-importance to persons and let them spoil their form then insult them - like what happened to Pathan in S.Africa-he was obviously overcautious about his future than the team interest. We should make the players aware that they're playing for the team and country and not for personal benefits. For this we should maintain a healthy reserve line up also to compete with the regulars. Saurav was spoiled in the past with that undue support and politics.. now he is back with a fresh mind and form..

there is not any probability of Ganguly transforming into captain for international cup 2007 as Rahul Dravid has already been appointe as Captain and there is surely no want for questioning approximately substitute in captaincy at this point.

Team India was striving for the win in his absence. Everybody saw how his return has affected the team India performance. He has charged up the whole team and his personal performance also geared up. My personal thought is that he has been able to perform as he was relieved from too much pressure and tension.

On the other hand, I think that every cricketer had a bad patch in his cricket career. That should not be the factor to consider a person for captaincy consideration. I think he has every qualification to get back his captaincy.
