Shawn will keep his word to Cena. At WM23 Shaw will defeat Cena and Cena might turn heel. The Shawn will loose the belt at Summer Slam. Possible candidates to win the belt at Summer Slam: 1. MITB winner
2. Triple H
3. Cena again.
That is my prediction.

John Cena still trusts Shawn Michaels after they defeated Rated RKO.
But every time that Shawn Michaels keeps looking at John Cena, I think a Sweet Chin Music is coming for Cena!

At this point in the story, I think Cena trusts him. And vice cersa. But I see a swerve coming on, and think that Cena, Edge, and Orton (three relatively young guys) will form a faction, flipping Cena to heel status, and annialating Shawn (one of the older Superstars) at 'Mania, setting off a New Blood-Millionaire's Club like fued (think back to WCW circa 2001). Just my thinking, I could be wrong.

I think that Cena does trust him..... but I think that Cena is going to be the one to turn on HBK.... HBK will get the belt. Its about time that Cena loses it.... Cena is turning into another hulk hogan....it will be great at WrestleMania to see Cena lose that belt... and hopefully this time, he will not have it for a while this time... there are a lot of other people more worthy of keeping it then him

well right now i see cena on the edge of not trusting him. he is going to have to watch his back. i think that in a tag team match HBK is going to abandon him in the ring. cena is going to try to tag him in and hbk is going to pull his hand back and let cena take a beating. this is going to lead to cena going after shawn michaels.

I think Cena does trust him..but only to a certain point, do you remember what happened with Hulk and Micheals?
But i think Shawn is going to wacth his back only because he really wants to fight him at Wrestlemania 23.
And John Cena rocks!..just felt like throwing that in. :)

to be a tag team partner with someone it is all about trust so to answer your question for now yes he does but i would be so sure.
