domain full control problem?

the clients are 2003 xp sp2 and the server is 2000 nt , the clients connect and disconnect at the same time although they have full control on a shared folder

Check to make sure you all necessary patches and upgrades. Then check the rights access. Something sounds like its off. They may have full acces to the folde but do they have admin privleges? Might have to upgrade the server too. Hope this helps.
